Seifried’s most celebrated wine. The 2017 vintage (4.5*) is tight and youthful. Bright, light yellow/green, it is fresh and vibrant, with rich, peachy, honeyed flavours, ample sweetness and crisp, steely acidity. The 2018 vintage (5*) is already delicious. Bright, light yellow/green, it is rich and finely poised, with excellent concentration of citrusy, peachy, gently honeyed flavours, and a sweet (153 grams/litre of residual sugar), crisp, finely balanced finish. Drink now or cellar.
