The non-vintage wine (4*) I tasted in late 2017 is an attractive, pale pink Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend, estate-grown at Bannockburn and disgorged after at least 18 months on its yeast lees. Fragrant, with strawberryish, slightly spicy flavours, it floats effortlessly across the palate, with very good complexity and length.
