The 2021 vintage (4.5*) of this regional blend is instantly appealing. Grown in the Cromwell Basin (84 per cent) and at Gibbston (16 per cent), it was mostly (64 per cent) fermented in neutral oak barrels; the rest was handled in tanks. Light lemon/green, it is mouthfilling, with concentrated, vibrant, peachy, spicy flavours and a crisp, dry finish.
