The youthful 2020 vintage (4*) is a full-coloured blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (77 per cent) and Merlot (23 per cent), matured for 18 months in French oak hogsheads (35 per cent new). Fresh and full-bodied, it has strong red berry, plum and spice flavours, with savoury notes adding complexity, and moderately firm tannins. An energetic young red, it should be at its best 2024+.
