Certified organic, the 2021 vintage (4*) is an attractively scented, finely balanced wine, estate-grown in the lower Awatere Valley and fermented partly in concrete eggs. Enjoyable young, it is a fresh, medium-bodied style, with very good depth of peach, pear and lychee flavours, a touch of complexity and a dryish finish.
