The 2020 vintage (3.5*) is made by Whitehaven for LegaSea, to help fund its work to restore inshore fisheries to abundance. Bright ruby, it is an attractive young red, fresh, vibrantly fruity and supple, with good depth of ripe cherry, plum and spice flavours, a touch of oak-aging complexity, and a very harmonious finish. Still youthful, it should be at its best 2023+.
