Certified organic, the youthful 2018 vintage (5*) was estate-grown and hand-harvested in the Omaka Valley, and matured for six months in oak barrels (6 per cent new). Bright, light yellow/green, it is highly fragrant, tightly structured and dry (2.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), with intense, lemony, limey flavours, showing good complexity, and a lasting finish.
