The non-vintage wine (4.5*) I tasted in late 2019 is a blend of Marlborough Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Pale pink, it is very fresh, light and lively, with gentle strawberryish, peachy, spicy flavours, yeasty notes adding complexity, and a slightly off-dry (7 grams/litre of residual sugar), smooth finish.
