Already delicious, the softly seductive 2016 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown, hand-picked, and matured for a year in seasoned French oak barriques. Bright ruby, it is full-bodied and smooth, with strong, ripe cherry, plum and spice flavours, savoury notes adding complexity, very gentle tannins, and loads of drink-young appeal.
