This single-vineyard wine is estate-grown at Rapaura. The fragrant, weighty 2015 vintage (4.5*) was hand-harvested, barrel-fermented (in French oak puncheons, 10 per cent new) and wood-aged for 15 months. Light lemon/green, it is still very youthful, with generous, ripe, citrusy, peachy flavours, balanced acidity, biscuity notes adding complexity and a lingering finish. Best drinking 2019+.
