This non-vintage wine is made from Pinot Noir and disgorged after four years on its yeast lees. The sample I tasted in late 2013 (2*) had a very mature colour and crisp, berryish flavours, gently sweet (25 grams/litre of residual sugar) and starting to lose freshness.
