Grown in Tussock Ridge Vineyard, at Alexandra, the 2012 vintage (3.5*) was matured in French oak casks (25 per cent new). Fresh and vibrantly fruity, it has ripe, cherryish, plummy, spicy flavours, a gentle oak influence, and firm tannins.
