From Tussock Ridge Vineyard, the 2012 vintage (4*) was estate-grown near Alexandra, hand-harvested and made in an off-dry style (8 grams/litre of residual sugar). Bright pink, it is raspberry-scented, with vibrant strawberry/spice flavours, which show excellent delicacy and depth. It’s full of drink-young charm. The 2013 (3*) is bright pale pink. Light and smooth, with gentle berry and spice flavours, it is crisp and lively, with a dry (3 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.
