The 2011 vintage (3*), ‘untouched by oak’, was given a full, softening malolactic fermentation. A strongly ‘malo’-influenced style, it is creamy and buttery, with mouthfilling body and satisfying depth of citrusy, slightly spicy flavours, dry and smooth. It’s enjoyable now.
