Grown in the Patriarch Vineyard, in the Wairau Valley, with some use of barrel fermentation, the 2011 vintage (2.5*) is ‘certified organic BioGro’. Lemony and appley, with fresh acidity, it’s a moderately flavoursome wine with a dry finish (3.5 grams/litre of residual sugar).
