Still on sale and drinking well now, the 2008 vintage (3.5*) is a single-vineyard wine, grown at Gibbston. Still youthful in colour, it is mouthfilling and fleshy, with stone-fruit, spice and ginger flavours, showing good depth, and a dryish finish (5 grams/litre of residual sugar).
