Grown at Bannockburn and fermented with indigenous yeasts, the 2010 vintage (4*) is a scented, youthful wine, showing excellent richness, delicacy and potential. It has strong, vibrant lemon/lime flavours, a minerally streak and a finely poised, dryish (5 grams/litre of residual sugar) but not austere finish.
