Forward in its appeal, but also well worth cellaring, the 2021 vintage (4.5*) is a single-vineyard wine, estate-grown at Blind River, in the Awatere Valley. Bright, light lemon/green, it is light-bodied, very fresh and lively, with strong, peachy, slightly appley flavours, gentle sweetness, crisp acidity and a finely balanced, zesty finish.
