Tinpot Hut Marlborough Pinot Noir (2019)

Made in a buoyantly fruity style, the youthful 2019 vintage (4*) was partly estate-grown at Blind River, in the Awatere Valley, and blended with grapes from the Omaka Valley. Full-coloured, it is mouthfilling, with generous cherry, plum and spice flavours to the fore, a subtle seasoning of oak and ripe, supple tannins. Best drinking mid-2022+.
