Still very youthful, the bright, light lemon/green 2021 vintage (4*) was certified organic. A single vineyard wine, grown in the Waihopai Valley, it is full-bodied and lively, with generous, ripe tropical fruit flavours to the fore, a hint of green capsicums, finely balanced acidity and a dry (3.3 grams/litre of residual sugar), lingering finish. Best drinking mid-2022+.
