Certified organic, the 'preservative-free' (no added sulphur) 2020 vintage (5*) is a great buy. A single-vineyard red, it was hand-picked and matured for four months in seasoned French oak barrels. Floral and densely coloured, it's a richly seductive, notably concentrated red, with ripe plum, spice and black-pepper flavours, a hint of liquorice, supple tannins and a lasting finish. Already delicious, it's a wine with a real 'Wow!' factor, well worth discovering.
