Grown in the relatively warm Rapaura district of the Wairau Valley, the 2021 vintage (4.5*) is an excellent example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, although not obviously of Rapaura origin. Bright, light lemon/green, it is mouthfilling, with impressive intensity of vibrant, ripely herbaceous flavours, tropical fruit notes, a slightly salty streak and a fresh, crisp finish.
