The refined, youthful 2019 vintage (4.5*) was fermented and matured for a year in French oak barrels (20 per cent new). Bright, light lemon/green, it is a very fresh, lively, medium to full-bodied wine, with citrusy, peachy flavours, gently seasoned with oak, and a lingering finish. An elegant, distinctly cool-climate style, with good cellaring potential, it should be at its best 2023+.
