Estate-grown in Nelson, the 2020 vintage (3.5*) was matured for 11 months in old French oak and acacia barrels. Pink/light orange (from blending with Pinot Noir), it is mouthfilling and lively, with good depth of fresh, ripely herbal, slightly berryish flavours, a touch of complexity and a crisp, dry finish.
