The classy, non-vintage wine I tasted in late 2020 (5*) doesn't have the word 'Rosé' on the label – it's identified by the silver top on its cork. Made entirely from Pinot Noir and disgorged after a year on its yeast lees, it is pale pink, with a fresh, vivacious, perfumed bouquet. Very refined, it has lively, strawberryish, peachy, yeasty flavours, showing impressive delicacy, a hint of apricot, fresh acidity and a long, smooth (10 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.
