The stylish, non-vintage wine I tasted in late 2020 (4.5*) is a blend of Pinot Noir (60 per cent) and Chardonnay (40 per cent), grown at Bridge Pa and disgorged after 20 months on its yeast lees. Finely scented, it has vivacious, citrusy, yeasty flavours, showing very good complexity and depth, and a smooth (8 grams/litre of residual sugar), tightly structured finish. (Note: this wine has a black top on the cork, distinguishing it from its rosé stablemate.)
