Still very youthful, the delicious 2020 vintage (5*) is a single-vineyard red, from vines planted in 1999. Matured for 16 months in French oak barriques (30 per cent new), it is deep ruby, mouthfilling, sweet-fruited and supple, with very generous cherry, plum and spice flavours, ripe, savoury and harmonious. A classy young red, it's well worth cellaring to 2024+.
