Drinking well from now onwards, the 2019 vintage (4.5*) is a fresh and lively, single-vineyard wine, hand-picked at Bannockburn, and fermented and matured for nine months in French oak barriques (20 per cent new). Pale straw, it is fragrant and full-bodied, with good concentration of stonefruit flavours, biscuity and toasty notes adding complexity, and a lingering, slightly creamy finish.
