Moutere Hills Nelson Méthode Carbonique (2020)

Offering very easy drinking, the 2020 vintage (3.5*) is an estate-grown, Upper Moutere blend of Pinot Gris (75 per cent) and Riesling (25 per cent). Fresh and lively, it is light-bodied, with good depth of pear and lemon flavours, a sliver of sweetness (12 grams/litre of residual sugar), crisp acidity and lots of drink-young charm.
