Full of personality, the 2019 vintage (5*) is a 'serious' style of rosé, estate-grown and hand-picked at Tarras, and fermented and matured for 18 months in old French oak barrels. Pale pink, it is full-bodied and lively, with concentrated, peachy, gently spicy flavours, a hint of apricot, good complexity, fresh acidity and a fully dry finish. It's drinking well now.
