This non-vintage wine is a bottle-fermented blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, grown in Hawke's Bay and Gisborne. The wine I tasted in October 2020 (2.5*) was pink/orange, with good depth of peach, strawberry and spice flavours, but also a slight lack of freshness and vibrancy.
