An emerging classic, this Central Hawke's Bay wine is estate-grown, hand-picked and partly barrel-fermented. The 2021 vintage (5*) is typically rewarding. Bright, light lemon/green, it is scented, with mouthfilling body and rich, ripe, peachy, spicy flavours, showing excellent complexity. A very harmonious wine with a lingering, basically dry finish, it's well worth cellaring, but already delicious.
