Certified organic, the distinctive 2019 vintage (5*) was fermented and aged for eight months in seasoned French oak barriques. Bright, light yellow/green, it is fleshy and finely textured, with concentrated, ripe, non-herbaceous flavours, showing impressive complexity and harmony, and a rich, rounded finish. Currently delicious, it's ageworthy too.
