Well worth cellaring, the youthful 2019 vintage (4*) was matured for 11 months in French oak casks (30 per cent new). Full, bright ruby, it is mouthfilling, vibrantly fruity and supple, with generous cherry, plum and spice flavours, finely integrated nutty oak, and a well-rounded finish. Best drinking mid-2022+.
