Well worth discovering, this typically very classy wine is disgorged after three years on its yeast lees. A vigorous blend of Chardonnay (mostly) and Pinot Noir, the 2017 vintage (5*) is bright, light lemon/green, full-bodied and lively, with rich, citrusy, peachy, yeasty flavours, tightly structured and complex, that float across the palate to a smooth, dry, very harmonious finish. Great value.
