Daniel Le Brun Vintage Méthode Traditionnelle (2010)

The 2010 vintage (5*), currently on sale, is a blend of Marlborough Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, disgorged after six years on its yeast lees. Bright, light lemon/green, it is very refined and vigorous, with a fresh, complex bouquet, yeasty and slightly nutty. A very 'complete' wine, it has generous, peachy, yeasty flavours, with a distinct hint of cashew nuts, and a long, rich finish.
