Certified organic, the 2019 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown, hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in tanks (68 per cent) and old oak barriques (32 per cent). Bright, light yellow/green, it is full-bodied, with a fragrant, complex bouquet. Full of personality, it has excellent vigour and intensity of peachy, limey flavours, and a crisp, dry (2.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), long finish. A top example of Central Otago Sauvignon Blanc.
