Certified organic, the 2018 vintage (4.5*) was hand-harvested and fermented and matured for a year in French oak barriques (13 per cent new). Bright, light yellow/green, it is full-bodied and savoury, with good intensity of fresh, youthful, well-ripened stonefruit flavours, gently seasoned with toasty oak, mealy notes adding complexity, balanced acidity and obvious potential. Best drinking 2023+.
