The very youthful 2020 vintage (5*) is a blend of 48 buckets of Viognier, 30 buckets of Marsanne and 18 buckets of Roussanne, hand-picked from eight rows in the la collina vineyard, at Roys Hill, and fermented and matured for 11 months in old French oak barriques. Bright, light yellow/green, it is sturdy, weighty and sweet-fruited, with vibrant, rich, stonefruit flavours, finely integrated oak, balanced acidity and a poised, long finish. A prime candidate for cellaring.
