Unison Snazzy Hawke's Bay Sauvignon Blanc (2019)

Well worth cellaring, the 2019 vintage (4*) was hand-picked and mostly handled in tanks; 25 per cent of the blend was fermented in a seasoned French oak barrel. Pale lemon/green, it is a freshly aromatic, vigorous, medium to full-bodied wine, with good intensity of ripely herbaceous flavours, crisp and fully dry. Best drinking mid 2021+.
