The distinctive 2018 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown inland (over 10 km from the coast) and fermented and aged for 11 months in a concrete egg. Bright, light lemon/green, with a restrained bouquet, it has mouthfilling body, concentrated, ripe tropical-fruit flavours, showing good complexity, fresh acidity, and a long finish. Best drinking 2021+.
