The classy 2019 vintage (5*) was harvested (partly by hand) from mature vines at Renwick and in the Churton Vineyard, in the Waihopai Valley. A richly fragrant, weighty wine, it is sweet-fruited and tightly structured. Bright, light lemon/green, it is highly concentrated, with lively tropical-fruit flavours, pure, focused and long. Benchmark stuff, it's already delicious, but should be drinking well through 2021.
