From Blackenbrook, the perfumed 2020 vintage (4*) was estate-grown and hand-picked. Pale, it is softly mouthfilling, with pear, lychee and spice flavours, a hint of apricot, fresh acidity, very good delicacy and depth, and an off-dry (6 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Best drinking mid-2021+.
