A blend of Marlborough Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, the 2015 vintage (4*) was hand-picked and disgorged after more than three years on its yeast lees. Light lemon/green, it is youthful, with citrusy, gently yeasty flavours, showing excellent delicacy and vigour, and a dryish (6 grams/litre of residual sugar), crisp, finely balanced finish.
