An emerging star. The delicious 2020 vintage (5*) was fermented and matured on its yeast lees for three months in stainless steel tanks, then bottled young. Invitingly scented, it is mouthfilling and vibrantly fruity, with intense, yet delicate, citrusy, gently spicy flavours, a hint of pineapple, and a dry (3 grams/litre of residual sugar), long finish. Full of youthful vigour, it's an instantly appealing wine; drink now or cellar.
