Pisa Range Estate Soli Vero Central Otago Pinot Noir (2018)

The delicious 2018 vintage (5*), grown at Bendigo, is a single-vineyard red (Soli Vero means 'Soil Truth'), matured for nine months in French oak barriques (20 per cent new). Ruby hued, it is mouthfilling and supple, with well-ripened cherry, plum and spice flavours, fresh acidity, nutty, savoury notes adding excellent complexity, and impressive depth. Best drinking 2022+.
