The 2019 vintage (4.5*) is full of promise. Handled with a small amount of barrel fermentation, it is fresh and mouthfilling, with strong, peachy, spicy flavours, a vaguely salty streak, balanced acidity, and a dry (3 grams/litre of residual sugar), lingering finish. Best drinking 2021+.
