Certified organic, the 2017 vintage (4.5*) was hand-picked, fermented with indigenous yeasts and lees-aged for 10 months, with 'a portion rested in old French oak'. A distinctive wine, still youthful, it has good intensity of crisp, ripely herbaceous flavours, a very subtle seasoning of oak, and a tightly structured finish.
