The 2015 vintage (4.5*), tasted in mid-2019, was estate-grown, hand-harvested and matured for 20 months in French oak casks (33 per cent new). Full-coloured, with a fragrant, fresh, spicy bouquet, it is an elegant red, with plummy, spicy flavours, showing good concentration and vigour, savoury notes adding complexity, and good aging potential. Best drinking 2021+.
