Hans Herzog Marlborough Lagrein (2018)

Still a baby, the 2018 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown, hand-picked, matured in a single French oak puncheon, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Deeply coloured, it is fragrant and full-bodied, with concentrated plum, blackcurrant and spice flavours, oak complexity, lively acidity, and obvious potential; open 2022+. Certified organic.
